Job summary

Thryv, a leading SaaS provider for small businesses, is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow the local client base and expand SaaS adoption. The role involves substantial field activity, building relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities to meet sales quotas.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a remote-first environment, travel as needed (50%+), and thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company).
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and conduct sales presentations following established processes.

Responsibilities

• Increase Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base and grow the SaaS client base.
• Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage.
• Identifies and secures new SaaS clients via self-generated prospecting and company programs.
• Executes defined operational processes and participates in sales meetings and training.
