Job summary

Thryv, Inc. is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow SaaS sales with existing clients and attract new business in Dallas, TX. This remote-friendly role requires energizing prospecting, building relationships, and meeting a defined quota.

You will travel for client visits as needed, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to expand Thryv's software footprint across the client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Present opportunities for additional sales or extended usage based on client needs.
• Prospect for new SaaS clients via networks, referrals, and programs.
• Follow defined cadences, product demos, and order-entry requirements.
• Participate in sales meetings, calibrations, and training as needed.
