Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and account growth for a leading AI-powered document management SaaS company. You will manage complex sales cycles, build relationships with decision-makers, and deliver consultative technology solutions across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, a track record of exceeding revenue targets, and experience with multi-stakeholder buying

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling complex software into mid-market or enterprise.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles.
• Strong consultative selling capabilities with MEDDIC/Challenger style frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Managing opportunities from prospecting to close.
• Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management.
• Leading discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting.
• Consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.
