Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow our SaaS client base in local markets across the United States. You will build a personal sales pipeline through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting, expanding Thryv’s footprint in your territory.

You will qualify new business opportunities, work with marketing and technology teams on sales strategy, and manage a book of business with an emphasis on direct, in-market selling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS role or company.
• 2+ years of outbound sales (full sales cycle) experience.
• Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Build your own pipeline through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting.
• Prospect and qualify new opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Conduct greater than 50% of work outside of your home office.
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
