Job summary

Internet Brands is seeking an Account Development Consultant to build client relationships and drive upsell revenue through marketing consultations conducted by phone and video. The role demands strong knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to manage a client portfolio remotely.

You will conduct daily outbound calls, qualify leads, and coordinate with service teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in SaaS sales closing (most recent role).
• 1+ year in digital marketing or TV/online ad sales.
• 6+ months in SDR/BDR role calling on SMBs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long term relationships.
• Multitask and stay organized; strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Remote role with Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Prospect existing clients via phone and video consultations to upsell.
• Identify marketing opportunities and match services to client needs.
• Qualify leads and set online demos for qualified decision makers.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients and foster strong relationships.
• Address client concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
