Job summary

Internet Brands in the United States is seeking an Account Development Consultant (ADC) to build relationships with existing clients and drive upsells via marketing consultations conducted by phone or video. You will manage a portfolio, identify opportunities, and collaborate with service delivery to ensure timely results, requiring strong digital marketing knowledge and exceptional communication.

This fully remote role runs Mon-Fri 7am-4pm Pacific Time with uncapped commissions and a solid

Qualifications

• 1+ year of SaaS sales experience selling to small business owners.
• 1+ year in Digital Marketing or TV/Online Ad sales.
• 6+ months in SDR/BDR role calling on Small Business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ability to multitask and stay highly organized.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; master Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Prospect existing clients via phone and perform daily marketing consultations via video for upsell.
• Drive upsell revenue by matching opportunities with services.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for online demonstrations to decision makers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships.
• Address client concerns and ensure timely resolutions; hand-off when needed.
• Identify at-risk customers and escalate to retain.
• Ensure customers are proficient with services and direct to training resources.
• Field all account/product calls and collaborate with support as needed.
• Monitor competitors, including pricing and services.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales metrics.
• Attend weekly meetings and propose optimizations to increase revenues.
