Job summary

iMatrix, a leader in healthcare marketing solutions, seeks an Account Development Consultant (ADC) to build relationships with existing clients and drive upsells via marketing consultations by phone/video. You will work remotely, targeting small businesses, with a focus on delivering marketing opportunities and aligning services to client needs.

The role requires 1+ year of SaaS sales to SMBs, strong communication, and the ability to manage a client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in SaaS sales closing with small business owners.
• 1+ year in Digital Marketing or TV/Online Ad sales.
• 6+ months in SDR/BDR role targeting SMBs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Conduct daily marketing consultations via video to drive upsell targets.
• Identify marketing opportunities and match them with the best level of service.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for online demos.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients and nurture relationships.
• Monitor competitors' pricing and services.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales metrics.
• Attend weekly meetings and suggest optimizations.
