As the main link between product, market and Connecteam across departments, you will influence outcomes, own the sales cycle, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote role with a focus on growth and client success.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or a client-facing role.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new digital tools.
• High energy, positive attitude, and resilience in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
• Be the company’s eyes – understand clients better than anyone else in the organization.
• Serve as the face of Connecteam with customers and help drive service excellence.
• Influence product direction from client feedback and needs.
• Collaborate across departments to share information and insights.
• Show initiative, ownership, and independence in pursuing opportunities.
