Solera is a global leader in data-driven software for the automotive repair and insurance industry. We seek an Account Executive to drive new business selling CRM and iDMS platforms to independent dealers and repair shops.

In this remote role, you will identify prospects, perform needs assessments, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals. Salesforce and Outreach experience are valued, with a focus on long-term customer success.

Qualificações

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of the automotive SaaS landscape is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex software features into business value.
• Experience selling CRM and iDMS solutions is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and lead generation within the automotive independent dealer sector.
• Client engagement: conduct needs assessments and present tailored CRM and iDMS solutions.
• Product demonstrations highlighting features, integrations, and ROI for decision-makers.
• Sales negotiation and closing: secure long-term contracts with new clients.
• Relationship management: build and nurture client relationships for ongoing success.
• Collaboration with marketing, product development, and customer success teams; maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and Outreach.
