Job summary

Solera, a global leader in data-driven software, seeks an Account Executive to drive sales of CRM and iDMS solutions to automotive independent dealers and shops. You will identify prospects, deliver tailored demonstrations, and close strategic deals.

You will navigate complex integrations and data flows, manage a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize value and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience as Account Executive or similar in SaaS or automotive.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B.
• Ability to explain complex software integrations and data flows.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a robust pipeline of potential clients in the automotive independent dealer industry.
• Present tailored CRM and iDMS solutions to meet client needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations highlighting features, integrations, and ROI.
• Negotiate and close long-term contracts with new clients.
• Build and nurture relationships for ongoing customer success and renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce/Outreach records and provide data-driven updates to leadership.
