Job summary

Solera seeks an Account Executive to drive new business for our CRM and iDMS platforms in a remote-capable role serving automotive independent dealers and repair shops across the United States.

You will prospect, present live demos, negotiate, close deals, and build long-term client partnerships while collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of automotive-industry challenges and dealer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate a robust pipeline of potential clients in the automotive industy.
• Deliver compelling CRM and iDMS demos highlighting ROI and integrations.
• Lead negotiations and close deals, securing long-term contracts and partnerships.
• Build and nurture client relationships with a focus on retention and success.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams; maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and Outreach.
