Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions) to partner with the Sales Director and lead complex engagements with public safety agencies across a multi-state Northeast territory. This remote role requires 60% travel and the ability to work from home while building deep customer relationships.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—leveraging Axon’s Air offerings, CRM (Salesforce), and cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
• Salesforce CRM experience.
• Highly proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organization and presentation skills.
• Travel 60%+ within territory (3–4 days a week, including overnights).
• Strong understanding of drones, cloud and virtualization technology.

Responsibilities

• You develop a deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products to sell into domestic law enforcement agencies in your territory.
• You will partner with the broader Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program.
• You leverage alerts, RFPs, and other sources to generate leads and pursue opportunities.
• You are customer-centric and build a contact network within accounts to drive customer happiness.
• You develop and execute account strategy with the team to deliver stronger value propositions.
• You forecast, update management of accounts, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to marketing.
• You track customer activity in Salesforce and other systems to execute on account strategy and identify opportunities.
