Johns Manville is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Roofing team, working from a remote home office in Buffalo, NY. You will sell commercial roofing products to contractors, specifiers, distributors and building owners, driving new business and profitability within your territory.

You will travel within the territory, call on accounts, formulate bids, negotiate contracts, provide technical support, and collaborate to meet sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years customer-facing experience.
• Experience building rapport and developing strong customer relationships.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Make direct customer calls on contractors/distributors to grow sales in the territory.
• Formulate bids and negotiate contracts to support price strategies.
• Provide technical assistance and information to customers; respond to inquiries.
