Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of sales experience.
• Valid driver's license; residence in Colorado, ideally Front Range.
• Extensive travel: about 3–5 overnights per month.
• Experience selling to contractors, distributors, and design professionals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual sales quotas and margin goals.
• Expand territory revenue with targeted growth plans.
• Grow product adoption through contractor, distributor, architect and owner engagement.
• Prepare favorable bids, negotiate pricing, and secure profitable contracts.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training and technical support to customers.
