Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Sales Representative for the Virginia territory to drive revenue growth for our Commercial Roofing business and build long-term customer partnerships. You will develop targeted plans, expand product adoption with contractors and distributors, and deliver profitable contracts while maintaining strong client relationships across architects and building owners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience, with heavy travel and Virginia

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience or JM relevant experience.
• Residence within the state of Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales quotas and margin goals across assigned commercial roofing product lines.
• Expand territory revenue by developing and executing growth plans.
• Accelerate product penetration with contractors, distributors, architects, and building owners.
• Strengthen partnerships with key contractors and distributors to increase adoption.
• Maintain a regular cadence of customer visits and pipeline assessments.
