Job summary

Intuitive in Atlanta is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate for a 24+ month developmental program to partner with the local team and learn the business across technical, clinical, and sales areas.

You will support surgeons and hospital teams, travel up to 25%, and pursue a quota-bearing path while building market knowledge within a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of leadership and drive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of leadership (military) or outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Proven record of success and strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales reps with surgeon training and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff.
• Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing users to meet quotas.
• Set and map goals and prepare for a quota-bearing role.
• Handle administrative tasks and expense reporting.
