Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate for the Chicago area. This 24+ month developmental role partners with the Knoxville team to gain deep knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.

Responsibilities include assisting sales reps with trainings, guiding in-services for customers, and selling benefits of our robotic technology to support team quotas. Requires a Bachelor's degree and travel up to 25% with some nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year leadership (military) or 1 year outside sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Ambition and strong work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales reps with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to support quotas.
• Prepare for quota-bearing roles through goal setting and territory mapping.
• Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, outcomes, and expense submissions.
