Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate in the Birmingham, AL area (and Columbus, OH as noted) to partner with the regional team and gain knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales aspects. The 24+ month development program prepares you for quota-bearing roles in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 1 year of leadership or outside sales experience, travel up to 25%, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Proven record of success; Ambition and strong work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales reps with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to support quotas.
• Gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and quota preparation for future CTA role.
• Admin tasks: reporting of sales/procedures and submission of expense reports.
