Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to assist motorists across the United States who have broken down or are stranded. You will be the first point of contact, gathering details and guiding customers through the next steps with a calm and confident demeanor.

The role requires excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving under pressure, plus the ability to navigate multiple dispatch tools while working in a virtual team environment.
