You will be the calm, helping voice for drivers in emergencies and guide them through real-time steps after a breakdown. In this remote role, you’ll handle inbound calls across the U.S., coordinate with service providers, and use multiple dispatch tools to deliver fast, compassionate support while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.
