You will handle real-time details, dispatch with accuracy, and support customers while working across multiple systems. A strong candidate communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, customer-facing roles.
• Must reside in one of the listed US states (TN included).
• Background check required for security and client integrity.
• Dedicated, quiet home office with own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls to assist stranded drivers in real time.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external providers.
• De-escalate and support customers with empathy under pressure.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools concurrently.
• Collaborate with a remote team via Zoom and Google Chat.
