Job summary

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team. You will take real-time inbound calls from motorists across the U.S., gather details, dispatch help, and guide customers through urgent, unpredictable events with empathy and clear instructions.

This remote role requires strong communication, calm under pressure, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering high-quality customer care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of continuous customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• Willingness to work remotely with a dedicated home office setup.
• Successful completion of comprehensive background screening (criminal check).
• Must provide own work equipment and a quiet workspace free of interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from motorists to gather location and vehicle issue details for prompt dispatch.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely arrival of the right help.
• De-escalate and support customers with empathy to navigate stressful situations.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools to track service progress.
• Collaborate in a virtual team environment via Zoom and Google Chat.
