Job summary

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to support drivers in roadside assistance from a remote location. You will handle real-time inquiries, gather critical details, and guide customers through the next steps to resolve urgent situations.

You will work with dispatch tools and multiple digital systems, maintain calm under pressure, and provide clear, empathetic communication to motorists and service providers across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced contact center.
• Ability to work in a remote, home-office setup with minimal background noise.
• Comfort with digital tools and fast-paced systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from motorists and gather essential details.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
