Job summary

Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to join the Roadside Assistance team. You will handle real-time inbound calls from motorists nationwide, gathering needed details and guiding them through an urgent, unplanned event.

Expect to dispatch with accuracy and support customers with empathy in a remote setting. Eligible candidates reside in the United States and can maintain a dedicated home office.
