Job summary

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team. You will handle real-time inbound calls, gather location and vehicle details, and coordinate dispatch with service providers to help stranded motorists.

You will be the calm, empathetic voice guiding customers through stressful situations. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with strong proficiency in CRMs and dispatch software.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and guide customers effectively.
• Comfort with digital tools and dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and gather critical details for dispatch.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely assistance.
• De-escalate and support customers with empathy.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools concurrently.
• Collaborate in a remote team environment using Zoom and Google Chat.
