Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates for our Roadside Assistance team. You will handle real-time inbound calls from motorists across the U.S., calmly guiding them through an urgent event and dispatching the right help.

Location is remote with residency in eligible U.S. states. This is a high-energy, tech-enabled role using CRM systems, Google Maps, and dispatch software to deliver fast, reliable support to customers.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate customers with empathy and clear guidance.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools to track progress.
• Collaborate in a remote, performance-driven team using Zoom and Google Chat.
