Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a remote Call Center Representative for Roadside Assistance. You will be the first contact for members in distress, handling emergency requests, documenting details, and ensuring safety and rapid dispatch.

Training is provided, with 24/7 coverage and a focus on legendary service. Starting pay is $18.85/hour with increases after 6 months, additional weekend and bilingual premiums, and a tenure-based growth plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously.
• Knowledge of maps and GPS helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle emergency roadside calls and coordinate towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, and minor repairs.
• Document details accurately and ensure member safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain calm, compassionate demeanor on high-stress calls.
• Relay critical information to dispatch and internal/external teams.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and meet performance goals.
• Drive member satisfaction by delivering legendary service.
