Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a remote Roadside Assistance Call Center Representative to assist members in distress. You will handle emergency requests, document details, and coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure rapid responses.

This role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple systems. Starting pay is $18.85/hour with raises after 6 months, a weekend differential of 10% ($20.74/hour), and a bilingual $1/hour premium for English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience. Call Center experience is preferred.
• Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and thrive in a high-volume call environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathy and a strong desire to help those in distress.
• Advanced computer and multitasking skills with the ability to talk and type at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for emergency roadside assistance including towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, and minor mechanical issues.
• Understand and document member distress ensuring safety and prompt attention.
• Maintain composure during high-intensity calls to deliver quality service.
• Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite dispatching.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth Emergency Roadside Service operations.
• Strive to meet performance goals and improve member satisfaction.
