Auto Club Enterprises in the United States is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative for Roadside Assistance. You will be the first contact for distressed members, handling emergency requests and dispatch coordination in a fast-paced 24/7 setting.

The role offers starting pay of 18.85/hour with increases, a weekend differential, bilingual English/Spanish premium, and growth opportunities after tenure. Training is provided to deliver legendary service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus, especially Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while talking.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for emergency roadside assistance (towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, minor repair).
• Assess member distress, ensure safety, document details promptly.
• Remain compassionate and composed during high-pressure calls.
• Relay information to internal/external teams to speed up dispatch.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation of roadside service.
• Meet performance goals and drive member satisfaction.
