AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Remote Roadside Assistance Call Center Representative. You are the first point of contact for members in distress on the road, working in a fast-paced 24/7 operation with comprehensive training to deliver legendary service.

Starting pay is $18.85 per hour, with a 6‑month raise; weekend differential adds 10% to $20.74 per hour, plus $1.00/hour bilingual premium. Tenure-based increases up to $2.25, and a monthly incentive program.

Qualifikationen

• Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to type while talking and navigate multiple systems.

Aufgaben

• Field incoming calls from members needing emergency roadside assistance (towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, minor mechanical).
• Understand the distress and document details promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a compassionate, composed demeanor during high‑stress calls.
• Relay critical information to internal/external teams to expedite dispatching.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service.
