Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a high-volume call environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from members needing emergency roadside assistance (towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, minor mechanical).
• Understand the member's distress, ensure safety, document details accurately.
• Maintain a compassionate, composed demeanor on high‑intensity calls.
• Relay critical information to internal/external teams to expedite dispatching.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service.
• Meet performance goals to drive member satisfaction.
