Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a remote Roadside Assistance Call Center Representative fluent in English and Spanish. You’ll be the first point of contact for distressed members, handling calls for towing, locksmith, fuel, and other urgent needs.

Starting pay is $19.85/hour, with a 10% weekend differential and tenure-based increases up to $2.25 between 6–18 months. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, pension, and more.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or strongly preferred.
• Prior call center or high-volume customer service experience helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication, empathy and patience.

Responsibilities

• Handle emergency roadside assistance calls and coordinate services.
• Assess distress, ensure safety, and document details accurately.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high-pressure calls.
• Relay critical information to teams to expedite dispatch.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient operation.
• Meet performance goals to drive member satisfaction.
