Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group seeks Emergency Roadside Customer Service Reps to assist members in need by handling inbound calls for emergency roadside service and ensuring they are in a safe location while assessing overall needs.

Role requires empathy, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to review accounts for benefits and discounts, with a fast-paced workload and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to input information accurately on a PC.
• Navigate multiple applications on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service during every member interaction.
• Respond to a high volume of emergency road service requests in a call center.
• Gather information and provide solutions to help members back on the road.
• Review member accounts to identify benefits and services.
• Maintain accurate records and meet performance metrics.
