AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a remote Roadside Assistance Call Center Representative. You will field emergency roadside calls, document details, and coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure fast, safe responses.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and the ability to multitask across systems. The position requires excellent customer service skills, call center experience (preferred), and bilingual capabilities in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Call Center experience is preferred.
• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance including towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, and minor mechanical issues.
• Understand the nature of the member’s distress, ensure their immediate safety, and document details promptly.
• Maintain a compassionate and composed demeanor during high-intensity calls.
• Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite dispatching processes.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service.
• Succeed in a structured environment where performance goals are set and measured, driving member satisfaction.
