Job summary

AAA is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative for Roadside Assistance. You will be the first point of contact for members in distress, handling emergency requests and ensuring safety while documenting details for dispatch.

Training is provided to deliver legendary service in a fast-paced environment. Starting rate is $18.85/hour with increases at 6 months, plus 10% weekend differential and potential bilingual pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required, especially in high-volume calls.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus and encouraged.
• Strong communication, empathy, and multitasking in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance (towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, minor repairs).
• Capture and document caller details accurately for dispatch.
• Maintain calm, compassionate demeanor during high-stress calls.
• Relay information promptly to internal and external teams to expedite dispatch.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth Emergency Roadside Service operations.
• Meet performance goals in a structured remote work environment.
