Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates for its Roadside Assistance team. You will handle real-time inbound calls from motorists, dispatch tow and service providers, and guide customers through urgent roadside events with calm, empathetic support.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication, and comfort with digital tools. Roles require a dedicated home office and the ability to work in a 24/7 environment.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in a contact center.
• Ability to stay calm and provide clear guidance during high-stress situations.
• Comfort using multiple digital tools, CRMs, and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-volume real-time inbound calls to gather details and dispatch assistance.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
• De-escalate and support customers with empathy and focused problem-solving.
• Navigate digital tools and dispatch systems across multiple screens.
• Excel in a remote team by collaborating via Zoom and Google Chat.
