Job summary

Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to support stranded motorists from a home office. You will take real-time calls, gather critical details, and coordinate with service partners to dispatch tow trucks and roadside assistance quickly.

You’ll work in a customer-first, high-pressure environment, using digital tools and CRM systems while maintaining calm, empathy, and clear communication to guide customers through urgent situations.

Qualifications

• Location: you must reside in one of: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, or Virginia.
• 1+ years of continuous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls to gather essential details and dispatch assistance in real-time.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
• De-escalate and support customers using empathy and clear instructions.
• Navigate multiple digital systems and dispatch tools to track service progress.
• Excel in a virtual team environment, collaborating via Zoom and Google Chat.
