Job summary

AAA is seeking a remote Call Center Representative for Roadside Assistance. You will handle emergency roadside calls, document details, and dispatch assistance while maintaining calm and empathetic communication with members.

Requirements include prior customer service, call center experience preferred, and bilingual ability. Strong computer skills and GPS/map knowledge are essential. Competitive pay with incentives and remote work flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, a plus.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in high-volume calls.
• Empathy and desire to help those in distress.
• Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills; talk and type simultaneously.
• Strong map/GPS knowledge and traffic awareness.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from members needing emergency roadside assistance (towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, minor repairs).
• Document details promptly and accurately while ensuring member safety.
• Maintain a compassionate, composed demeanor on high-intensity calls.
• Relay critical information to internal/external teams to expedite dispatch.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth Emergency Roadside Service operations.
• Succeed in a structured environment with clear performance goals and measured member satisfaction.
