The role emphasizes compassionate, clear communication and regulated performance metrics. Starting pay is $18.85/hour with increases after 6 months, plus weekend differential and bilingual premiums.

Qualifikationen

• Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and ability to assist people in distress.
• Advanced computer skills; type while speaking and navigate multiple systems.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming calls for emergency roadside assistance including towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, and minor mechanical issues.
• Assess distress, ensure immediate safety, and accurately document details.
• Maintain calm, compassionate demeanor during high-pressure calls.
• Relay critical information to internal and external teams to speed dispatch.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service.
• Meet performance goals and drive member satisfaction.
