Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to handle road service calls, gather member information, and provide detailed product information and membership options. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, empathy, and high satisfaction for members in need of assistance.

The role requires bilingual capabilities, access to department software, and a commitment to weekend shifts and training schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 1-3 years Customer Service experience Required or 1+ years Call Center experience Preferred.
• If for a bilingual job, must pass translation assessment during pre-hire screening.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from prospective and current members requesting road service and processes requests.
• Gathers required information (membership number, name, contact info, vehicle details, location) for dispatch.
• Provides information on AAA road service products and services and promotes memberships.
• Assists with ETA tracking and coordinates between Dispatch and members to resolve calls.
• Maintains high level of customer service and strives for member retention and satisfaction.
