St. Luke's University Health Network in New Jersey seeks a Clinical Triage Specialist (RN) to join the Access Center. You will deliver compassionate patient care, answer calls, triage using approved protocols, and coordinate the appropriate level of care.

The role requires an active RN license in NJ/PA or a compact state, plus at least 2 years of recent clinical experience in physician offices, home health, or acute care. Work-from-home options may be available under policy.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in NJ/PA or a compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care or ED.
• Ability to triage calls using approved nursing protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls, triage symptoms, and provide appropriate self-care advice.
• Enter updated patient demographics into the EHR accurately.
• Escalate clinical issues and coordinate care with POD team.
• Document symptoms, nursing assessment, advice, and responses.
• Meet productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
