Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Clinical Triage Specialist (CTS) to provide nursing‑driven triage and clinical support from the Access Center.

You will assess caller symptoms, follow protocols, and guide patients to appropriate care or self‑care advice, delivering compassionate service. Required are active RN or LPN licensure in PA/NJ or compact states and 2+ years of recent clinical experience in outpatient or urgent settings.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN licensure in PA/NJ or compact state as required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, or ER.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, triage using approved protocols and coordinate services.
• Enter patient data accurately into the electronic health record.
• Provide clinical advice and escalate issues per protocols.
• Handle escalated electronic messages with clinical judgment.
• Document symptoms and nursing assessments clearly.
• Collaborate with Access Center teams to support patients.
