Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks an RN-based Clinical Triage Specialist (CTS) for the Access Center. The incumbent will provide nursing judgment, triage calls, and direct patient guidance following established protocols to ensure appropriate care paths and self-care advice.

Required are active RN licensure in PA/NJ or compact state, and at least 2 years of related clinical experience. Remote work from home is possible in accordance with policy; strong communication and time-management

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active licensure in PA or NJ (or compact state).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in physician offices, home health, critical care, or ER.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage clinical calls using protocols.
• Enter accurate patient demographics into the EHR.
• Escalate clinical issues to POD/Access Center teams.
• Document symptoms, assessments, and advice provided.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals as needed.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards per Access Center.
