Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians/providers.
• Coordinate with employers and patients to enable safe, cost‑effective care.
• Assist in scheduling and attending in‑person appointments in assigned geography.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and document cases.
