Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing or related field.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice; workers' compensation exp preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook Email.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients.
• Interview patients to assess recovery and work status.
• Collaborate with physicians to tailor treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers for early return to work when appropriate.
• Evaluate goals based on patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Manage workload and attend appointments; provide status updates.
