Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) in the Torrance, CA area. This full-time, hybrid role requires regular local travel for in-person patient appointments. Spanish is preferred.

The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, paid vacation, and equipment support. You will work with treating physicians, employers, and patients to create and implement treatment plans that restore health and return injured workers to productive work.

Qualifications

• Education: Assoc or Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers; work independently; basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Certifications: Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case-management certs (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, etc.).
• Travel: Travel to in-person appointments within geography.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans to return injured/disabled workers to appropriate work levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to ensure cost-effective, quality health care.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Prepare status updates and submittals for customers; attend appointments as needed.
• Manage workload independently and prioritize cases for optimal outcomes.
