Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for the vAcute Virtual triage program in Missouri. The role supports ED handoffs, coordinates scheduling, and assists patients enrolled in care coordination programs in a 24/7 virtual setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Med Surg/ED/CC, an RN license, BLS, and relevant certifications. This is a remote opportunity serving patients with Mercy's integrated care approach.

Qualifications

• RN license and compact licensure in hiring state or state requirements.
• 2-3 years of Med Surg, ED, or Critical Care experience.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC or other unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs.
• Facilitate scheduling and access for Mercy patients.
• Support patients in Mercy's Intense Care Coordination program.
• Provide education and care coordination across the care continuum.
