Mercy is seeking an RN to join the Mercy Virtual triage program in Missouri. The RN will provide patient-centered care, education, and care coordination in a 24/7 virtual setting, with specialty options in OBGYN or Pediatrics.

This role supports ED handoffs and scheduling and follows Mercy policies and procedures. Qualified candidates will have an RN license, 2–3 years of Med/Surg, ED, or CCU experience, and BLS/ACLS-level certifications as required.

Formación

• Graduate of a nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• 2-3 years of recent Med/Surg, ED, or Critical Care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs and scheduling.
• Support patients in Mercy’s Intense Care Coordination program.
• Provide education and care coordination per program requirements.
