Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a company-wide HRIS implementation, with a preference for candidates who have led HR technology deployments. You will drive day-to-day activities, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining clear updates to leadership.

The role involves working across HR, IT, vendors, and business leads, managing risks and testing activities, and ensuring successful go-live readiness in a remote, consulting capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Proven ability to coordinate UAT testing and defect resolution.
• Strong skills managing RAID logs, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of an HRIS implementation project.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors throughout the rollout.
• Lead UAT planning, script execution, issue tracking, and sign-off.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and RAID logs.
