Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Manager to drive a company-wide HRIS implementation, primarily remote. You will coordinate HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders, manage testing cycles, and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status updates.

Experience with HR technology like Rippling is highly preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills to keep milestones on track and ensure a smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Hands-on UAT testing coordination and sign-off.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of an HRIS implementation and project plans.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, vendors and stakeholders; track risks and milestones.
• Lead UAT activities, test scripts, defect tracking, and sign-off.
• Provide regular leadership updates and maintain RAID logs and docs.
